Hypersensitivity to Adipex Retard Capsule is a contraindication. In addition, Adipex Retard Capsule should not be used if you have the following conditions:

Heart rhythm problems
History of pulmonary hypertension
Overactive thyroid
Pregnant
Severe or uncontrolled high blood pressure
